Cancellation Policy
- Full Refund: Cancel your reservation within 10 days of booking (not your check-in date), and receive a 100% refund, minus a 5% processing fee. This only applies if your scheduled check-in date is more than 20 days away.
- Partial Refund: If you cancel 15 days or more before your scheduled check-in, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount less 5% processing charge.
- No Refund: Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before check-in, including no-shows and early departures, are non-refundable.
Travel Protection Recommendation
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Weather, transportation delays, and personal emergencies are outside our control, and our cancellation policy applies regardless of circumstances.
